It seems as thoguh we live ina a world where what is good and what is evil are determined by what suits us.I see it all around us. A generation does evil and we call it good and we avoid good as though it were evil.We get this thought sometimes... What may be evil to you maybe good to me. Evil is evil and good is good and that goes for everyone. ( I n my opinion and according to the teachings of the Bible). No wonder so many are having to go to therapy... We are so mixed up. I have seen peole blame God for their flaws.. They say .." I have imperfections and weaknesses and he is to blame for them.. after all he Made us. That is far from the truth.. UI would agree that we all have flaws but we can never blame it on God... because he is not at fault. God never changes even though we do sometimes. Can we even discern anymore what is good and what is evil? In the Book of James in the Bible in Chapter 1 you will read that God cannot be tempted by evil nor does he tempted us with it... he desires that we have freedom.. so if od does not tempted us with it where does it come from? From studying the Book of James you will see that they come from within us.. inside of us are evil desires that are ready to express themselves into action.. yes al of us.. we try to avoid sin by denying the basic human desires... for example: Hunger is not a sin but Gluttony is, Desiring to pass a test is not but cheating is, and sleeping in is not but being lazy is... these are just the first thing that popped in my head but they are many more. In other words i believe that sin is a process.. not just one single act out of the blue... first there has to be a desire to do it.. and that is an attack on our emotions or our mind and then deception comes and we believe what we are doing is justified... then we do it. Deception acts like a blanket that covers up up the consequences of our actions.Does everyone like fishing? Well it is like this: If the fish say the hook inside the worm it would not bite... same thing with us we just see the juicy worm and do not realize the hook is there until we bite into it.
